Exia Airport Control System (Exacs) is a check-in and boarding control system that provides fast and controllable airline's passenger handling at the airport . Exacs is developed for easiness and quick handling. It’s GUI (graphical user interface) is easily understandable and easy to execute. Using the follow us method, all passenger information required for passenger control is recorded orderly. Fast search facility supports the quick handling purpose. A messaging facility completes its function to communicate between stations. Exacs can be used dependent or independently to the Exsersys, subject to the airport network availability.

Fuel Management System (Fly-X) is a system that automates fuel calculation for a certain flight, certain weight and certain environment condition. It also produce flight planning document in such airway selected. Fly-X calculates the fuel required for a flight based on actual weight of payload from the check-in desk and no rounded number takes account. It will produce accurate and fast result of number of economic fuel required. Fly-X is an offline system so that it can be used anywhere else that requires fuel calculation.

Exia Reservation System (Exsersys) is a low investment online reservation system that use public internet as its communication network. The use of public internet makes it simple and low in investment for the airline and/or the agent. The airline and the agent simply provide an internet connection and a standard computer (windows) with internet explorer installed in their sales office. Exsersys is made easy to use and easy to understand. It’s GUI (graphical user interface) easily understandable to any user and it’s follow us method easily guide the user to operate the system sequentially. Exsersys provides better function of reservation i.e. protects unapproved time limit extension. It also provides inventory management function; accommodate multi leg flight and multi class fare. For better utility, a messaging facility is installed to ease communication between sales points.

Exia Technology (ExiaTech) was born as a concern of the absence of local made airline's system. As long as the airline's history in Indonesia, the systems were mostly imported. Since the operations-frozen of Indonesian Airlines, a couple of its human resource establishes the ExiaTech, the airline's business management system provider. ExiaTech was founded by proven personnel in their field capabilities which are airline reservation, departure control system, ticket control (or revenue management), fuel management and weight and balance control.
