Exia Technology (ExiaTech) was born as a concern of the absence of local made airline's system. As long as the airline's history in Indonesia, the systems were mostly imported. Since the operations-frozen of Indonesian Airlines, a couple of its human resource establishes the ExiaTech, the airline's business management system provider. ExiaTech was founded by proven personnel in their field capabilities which are airline reservation, departure control system, ticket control (or revenue management), fuel management and weight and balance control. Their education background of ITB, UI, ITS and Erlangga University supports the reliability of the products.
